SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with GOF Serenity. We are committed to processing and shipping your order with care.

Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or unexpected delays, processing time may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you by email.

SECTION 2 – ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is usually:

7–15 business days after processing

The total estimated delivery time, including processing time, is usually:

9–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING AREA

At this time, GOF Serenity primarily ships to customers within the United States.

We currently do not guarantee international shipping unless it is available at checkout.

Some locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or remote areas, may experience longer delivery times or limited shipping availability depending on carrier service.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING RATES

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

For orders under $100, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order details and shipping destination.

Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds may change from time to time without prior notice.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING CARRIERS

We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted shipping carriers depending on your order, location, and shipping availability.

The carrier used for your order may vary.

SECTION 6 – ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

SECTION 7 – ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We recommend contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Please review your order information carefully before completing your purchase.

SECTION 8 – INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

GOF Serenity is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to:

- Incorrect shipping address
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
- Incorrect ZIP code
- Wrong recipient name
- Incomplete delivery information
- Address changes after the order has shipped

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

SECTION 9 – LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 30 days from the shipment date, please contact us at:

We will review the tracking information and help investigate the issue with the carrier when possible.

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, or if the order qualifies under our policy, we may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.

SECTION 10 – PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

- Your mailbox
- Front door, porch, garage, or building entrance
- Apartment office or reception desk
- Neighbors or household members
- Local carrier office

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier directly for more details.

GOF Serenity is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing due to theft, incorrect address, or circumstances outside our control. However, you may still contact us and we will do our best to guide you through the next steps.

SECTION 11 – DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

We carefully check and pack each order before shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item
- A photo of the shipping label
- A photo of the package and all items received
- A brief description of the issue

Approved claims may qualify for a free replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 12 – MISSING OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives with missing items or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the items received, and a photo of the shipping label so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will send the correct item, replace the missing item, or provide another appropriate solution.

SECTION 13 – SHIPPING DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

GOF Serenity is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Customs or inspection delays, if applicable
- Service interruptions by shipping carriers

We appreciate your patience if delays occur.
